Located in DC at The Wharf, Moon Rabbit is a modern Vietnamese restaurant by Kevin Tien. This has become a go to spot for me, I’ll happily except invites. Attached to the InterContinental making it convenient for travelers and you don’t need a reservation to sit at the bar. I want to be clear that The Wharf is a gentrified area. I didn’t think I’d be back at the movies anytime soon. I was fortunately able to find a theater not too far from my job without a high attendance. I do indeed cringe as people walk past or if they appear to almost sit two seats from me but I enjoy the seeing the massive visuals again. I saw a select few movies and thankfully enjoyed each of them, I won’t spoil them, just sharing. The Batman I had the expectation that the film would be decent. I’ve always been a shoe and jewelry girl and as you can see I was around for the 2010’s reign of platforms. Even as their hype died down I never relinquished my love for the platform. I’m sure the craze will die back down soon enough but that won’t stop me and it’s not just because I’m short. If shoes are your thing you should at least get platforms in a sandal, pump and boot.
