I know astrology has become generalized and overhyped but if you take the time to dig just a smidge, you’ll find it’s the song that never ends. While the mainstream popularity of astrology can be expected to stay; I do recommened a healthy dose of skepticism from people/platforms spewing stereotypes as fact. Astrology is meant to be used as a tool to help you navigate your life the best way possible. There are several types, certain systems have more cultural aspects that for some shouldn’t be taken at face value(life & death predictions). The rabbit hole comes into play when…

First I should mention that I am a lover of the original animated ATLA, as well as Legend of Korra. I have not dived into the comics, however, I think that’s best for this review. I’m going to give a short spoiler free summation and then I’ll go into each episode. *Fun Fact: The reason series are being made with only 8 episodes and open ended is because studios are only giving 8 episodes and the potential for second seasons are increadibly low. Also the casting director doesn’t get Final say. Read moreWho's Your Batman-The video style is reminicent of…

Every year there are “new” trend reports. We know they aren’t truly any new trends, which technically means no trend actually goes out of style. I won’t say all because some are ugly but there are some pieces that will remain top tier fashion to keep handy in your closet. Skinny Jeans If I recall correctly, the complaint was about tightness. Yes, you may need to do a little shimmer or jump but tightness means your wearing the wrong size. Having a skinny leg elongates the body much like a stright leg but they excentuate your figure. You can argue…

How to look expensive “guides” have been around for years. In more recent time “Old Money” and “Queit Luxury” aesthetic have been the new trend. However, a lot of this content doesn’t fall into or describe either category. In reality people are making it more complicated than it is. Old Money, buys and wears whatever it wants. Some circles will adhere to more exclusionary brands or price points, but it is simply spending your excessive wealth. New Money, was an elitist dig, not so much now but the conotation is still there. “Logo Ho” is an example. It’s flashy wealth,…

By now everyone knows that on March 14th, 2023 to the shock of many Image Architect Law Raoch announced his retirement. Since then he’s done several interiews clearing up some misconceptions that people had as to the reasoning, but that’s not what we’re here talk about. In these last few years we’ve been getting more inside looks at the buisness side of the industry. Of course everything isn’t going to be exposed, so we can only assume. Styling is more work than most people give credit. Anyone can give their opinion on someones outfit, there’s a layer of subjectability as…

Located in DC at The Wharf, Moon Rabbit is a modern Vietnamese restaurant by Kevin Tien. This has become a go to spot for me, I’ll happily except invites. Attached to the InterContinental making it convenient for travelers and you don’t need a reservation to sit at the bar. I want to be clear that The Wharf is a gentrified area. Moon Rabbit thankfully is a hit in the area, well priced and always delicious. I have always received excellent service and they’re very attentive/accommodating to food allergies. One of the best things about the food is that they use…
