Located in DC at The Wharf, Moon Rabbit is a modern Vietnamese restaurant by Kevin Tien. This has become a go to spot for me, I’ll happily except invites. Attached to the InterContinental making it convenient for travelers and you don’t need a reservation to sit at the bar. I want to be clear that The Wharf is a gentrified area.
