Is That Lifestyle Change Sticking?
This is not a follow-up to New Years Resolutions. I have been trying to enhance my way of living though; I’ve learned some things will need more practice and some are just the way they are.
Write 3 things to do: I was on ADHD twitter and someone gave the tip of writing a To Do list with only 3 things. Good news it works, bad news is those three things need to be straight forward. My second To Do list I again wrote three things, however, those three things involved other components and therefore I didn’t actually write three things.
A Good Bedtime: Everyone goes on about how you need a good night’s sleep, which is true. I have discovered that my bedtime it midnight, any earlier and I wake up around 4am. Typically a nap is around an hour and a half, otherwise I wake up between 11pm and 1am. This being the case I have decide my bedtime shall remain 12am.
There are a few other things I’m working on but they’re long term projects that I won’t try to sus out here. Anyway what have you discovered to help better you’re life?
